Cutting and milling boards

Cutting and milling of plastic and elastomer sheets.

We specialize in the precision machining of flat elements using modern CNC plotters, including devices with a working table area of up to 2 × 3 m. Our machining centers combine the functionality of a milling machine and a cutting device, which allows us to produce both:

  • standard, normalized parts and flat gaskets (according to PN, DIN, ASME, EN standards),
  • as well as complex technical and decorative parts, made on the basis of documents.

Reverse engineering, design, and prototyping

We offer reverse engineering for plastic and elastomer parts—based on the undamaged part provided, we recreate its geometry and functional properties. On this basis, we prepare a technical design that can be optimized in terms of materials, functionality, or cost.

We carry out the design in the SolidWorks environment, which enables efficient integration of the design stage with further CNC production.

The development process is complemented by 3D printing, which is used for:

  • rapid prototyping,
  • verification of fit and function of parts,
  • preparation of designs for further serial production.

Cutting formats on roller punching machines.

In addition to processing on plotters, we also offer:

  • cutting formats from sheets of corrugated boards, technical foams, and elastomeric boards,
  • production of large series on roller punching machines, ensuring high repeatability, short lead times, and cost optimization.

Maximum die size 1.5 x 2 m

Materials

In production, we use both our own materials and those provided by the customer, including:

    • plastics: PEEK, POM, PTFE, PP, PA, PET, PE, PU, PVC, and others,
    • solid elastomer sheets: TPE, MVQ, NBR, EPDM, SBR, FKM/FPM, and others,
  • cellular plates, micro-rubber, and technical foams,
  • aramid fiber plates (e.g., Polonit),
  • graphite and graphite-steel plates,
  • cork and rubber-cork,
  • non-ferrous metals: copper, brass, bronze.

Order fulfillment methods

Orders can be placed by:

  • delivering an undamaged part for reverse engineering,
  • sending a technical drawing (DXF, DWG, PDF),
  • specifying the product’s operating parameters and batch size.

An additional convenience is the possibility of using technical consulting and design services provided by an experienced team.
