Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in our product range

04.07.2023

TPE is a general term for thermoplastic elastomers, also known as thermoplastic rubbers. TPE is a rubber-like material that is susceptible to processing using thermoplastic methods such as injection molding and extrusion. This material can also serve as an alternative to rubber and other plastics. Thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) are blends of hard thermoplastic materials (polypropylene, polyamide, poly(butylene terephthalate)) with soft rubber and the addition of modifiers and fillers.

Compared to PVC, TPE is more resistant to high and low temperatures and exhibits better flexibility. As recent years have shown us that environmental care should be our priority, and TPE as a waste-free material in processing, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, meets these criteria, replacing PVC in the market.

Features of TPE:

  • Retains its properties in low and high-temperature conditions
  • Wide range of hardness
  • Fatigue resistance
  • Chemical resistance
  • Abrasion resistance
  • Resistance to weather conditions and ozone
  • RecyclabilitY

Our company utilizes TPE in handles and additional elements, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with our offer.
